The aim of the Safety audit is to gain information about the current state of the physical and technical safety of a building. Following the data gathering, client is provided with recommendations on how to minimise or eliminate various types of threats.
It is the first phase in the Organisation Safety Management System creation. During this phase, identification of factors that are present in an organisation's environment is carried out. Those are factors, which could matter in respect of data, processes or personnel and physical resources protection. All that contributes to identification of all organisational solutions which comprise security purposes. The procedures include also analysis of the company's internal structure.
Security Audit allows for implementation of comprehensive programme for safety management and action strategy that will work best in the field.

Implementation phases and evaluation of security level

Phase 1 - Identification and evaluation of organisation’s resources.

  • As early as this stage, the most vital elements for the organisation existence and operation are searched for. Currently, the most desirable form of management is Business Continuity Management (BCM). Pointing out the resources that are vital for the realisation of the basic processes, allows for preparation and implementation of the continuity plans.

Phase 2 - Threat identification.

  • The groundwork is the basis threat catalogue used by City Security. In this phase, we evaluate the threats to resources which were found vital in the first phase. The concentration here is put on the resources that are necessary for the basic realisation of the organisation activity or those that require specialised security rules under the law. Identification and evaluation of the security measures present in the company. In this stage all threats present in an organisation and those which influence the safety are identified. Very often some activities serve security purposes, even if they were not designed for that.

Phase 3 - Identification and evaluation of the security measures existing in an organisation.

  • In this stage all threats present in an organisation and those which influence the safety are identified. Very often some activities serve security purposes, even if they were not designed for that.
